Small things like when he Resecured the panel started the by hand rather than diving it in With an impact screw gun . We had an outlet trip our breaker and when I went to reset it, it continued to trip. I booked a visit online in the morning and had Nestor out the same afternoon. He did a great job diagnosing our problem and fixing our outlet at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again!

Called needing a 230 V outlet installed. The installer, Marcos Bordas was very professional very kind and very informative. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. He even cleaned up his mess after he installed it, he walked me through and showed me the correct voltage to make sure it was properly installed. I would highly recommend this company and Marco’s for your next Electrical needs!

As a renter, you never know who your work around the house will be done by. My stove and ac were not working when I went to move into my apartment. After he sent the maintenance man they decided they needed actual electricians. They called Mr. Electric of Winter Haven, Hans and Marco were my electricians. First they called and asked if they could come earlier, which was perfect. They came and assessed the situation and sent my landlord a quote. Lucky for me because they were amazing. They were courteous, friendly, neat and clean with their work. It may sound silly, but they put booties on their shoes as to not dirty the floors. Then they swept up whatever was on the floor from their work. They were so friendly, even with my little dog. The job itself was done right and they made sure everything was in working order before walking away. They knew I had to leave for work by 4:30 and they worked diligently to make sure I could leave in time. They actually finished early enough for me to use my stove to make myself lunch. If I ever need electrical work done I will be sure to have Mr. Electric of Winter Haven called to do the job. Especially ask for Hans and Marco. They were a great team.

Mr Electric was wonderful! We had an emergency whereas our house had a bad electrical line coming in from the TECO power transformer. Our house could have burned down. When I first spoke to Hans on the phone he told me he was in the middle of a job but, that he was going to leave the job and come see why we were smelling smoke in our house. He was able to pin point the problem and get it fixed. We are so glade he was able to come right away!

They came in with their shoes covered showed respect and consideration for my home. Immediately started troubleshooting to find the problem, provided great feedback on safety concerns faulty wiring or outlets. They worked quickly and efficiently, they were just amazing overall. I recommend for anyone wanting a professional electrician to do the job once. They also guarantee warranty for a year, so if there were any future issues they’ve got you covered.

I contacted Mr. Electric for assistance with getting a 220v plug added to my home. My technician was Marcos, he was great and explained everything to me before starting the work. He was very well organized and added a new breaker, upgraded my breaker panel, ran a new cable as well as the installed a plug for the outlet. I am able to use my Dryer and washer combo outside now. If you have the option to request a tech, Please request Marcos as he is a very great guy and work ethic a 10/10.
